Sec. 12.119. VIOLATION OF COMMISSION RULE ON POSSESSION OF LICENSE; PENALTY.
(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates a rule adopted by the commission relating to possessing a license or stamp otherwise required by this code for hunting wildlife resources or for catching aquatic life.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class C Parks and Wildlife misdemeanor.
