Sec. 11.044. DISPOSITION OF INTEREST ON INVESTMENTS.

(a)Interest received from the investment of money in all accounts of the department in charge of the comptroller shall be allocated monthly to each account in an amount proportionate to the amount of money invested from the account.
(b)The comptroller may retain from the interest to be allocated monthly an amount equal to the necessary administrative costs of making the allocations.
