Sec. 70.202. ENFORCEMENT OF LIEN. The lien may be enforced in the same manner as a statutory landlord's lien. The lien remains in force for 10 months from the day that the offspring is born, but the lien may not be enforced until five months after the date of birth of the offspring. SUBCHAPTER D.
