Sec. 301.155. INTERVENTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.
(a)On request of the commission, the attorney general may intervene in an action under this subchapter if the commission certifies that the case is of general public importance.
(b)The attorney general may obtain the same relief as is available to the attorney general under Section 301.132 (b).
