Sec. 301.133. SUBPOENA ENFORCEMENT. The attorney general, on behalf of the commission or another party at whose request a subpoena is issued under this chapter, may enforce the subpoena in appropriate proceedings in district court. SUBCHAPTER H. ENFORCEMENT BY PRIVATE PERSONS
