Text of section effective on September 01, 2026 Sec. 801.604. SANCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES. The owner or owners of a business entity that provides services at a veterinary medical facility, or a management services organization that provides services to a veterinary medical facility, shall be subject to administrative penalties, license sanctions, or both, if:

(1)the facility does not hold a current registration;
(2)the facility violates a standard adopted pursuant to Section 801.603 ;
(3)facility personnel deny access to the board or its agents to conduct an inspection or investigation; or
(4)the facility fails to comply with a board order.
