Text of section effective on September 01, 2026 Sec. 801.602. REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION.

(a)To register a veterinary medical facility, the business entity providing services at the facility shall submit the application provided by the board and pay the applicable fee established by the board pursuant to Section 801.154 . The application must be signed by a person with authority to act on behalf of the entity.
(b)The facility shall, in its application for registration:
(1)indicate the type of business entity that provides services at the facility, and provide information regarding the owners, partners, and operators of the entity, including a management services organization that contracts with the facility, as required by board rule; and
(2)provide the names and license
