Sec. 801.164. RISK-BASED INSPECTIONS.

(a)The board shall prioritize inspections relating to key risk factors identified by the board, including previous violations by the license holder or information concerning a veterinarian's use, handling, prescribing, dispensing, or delivery of controlled substances.
(b)The board may use alternative inspection methods, including videoconference or similar technology, instead of conducting an in-person inspection in circumstances the board considers appropriate.
