Sec. 651.060. LEGAL REPRESENTATION.
(a)The attorney general shall designate at least one employee of the attorney general's office to advise the commission and to represent the commission in legal proceedings.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 514, Sec. 2, and Ch. 364, Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
