Sec. 605.305. EXEMPTION FOR PHARMACISTS. A pharmacist licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy or a person who is working under the direct supervision of a pharmacist may practice orthotics. This chapter does not preclude a pharmacist from being reimbursed by a state-funded program for providing orthotic services. SUBCHAPTER H. PROHIBITED PRACTICES
