Sec. 603.1535. RULES ON CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION.

(a)The medical board shall adopt rules necessary to comply with Chapter 53 , except to the extent the requirements of this chapter are stricter than the requirements of Chapter 53 .
(b)In rules under this section, the medical board shall list the specific offenses for which a conviction would constitute grounds for the medical board to take action under Section 53.021 .
