Sec. 601.305. SURRENDER OF CERTIFICATE.

(a)The advisory board may accept the voluntary surrender of a certificate. A person who has surrendered a certificate may not engage in activities that require a certificate, and the advisory board may not return the certificate to the person, until the person demonstrates to the satisfaction of the advisory board that the person is able to resume the practice of radiologic technology.
(b)The advisory board shall by rule establish guidelines for determining when a person is competent to resume the practice of radiologic technology.
