Sec. 601.271. COMPLAINT INFORMATION AND STATUS.
(a)The advisory board shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the advisory board. The advisory board shall maintain:
(1)information about the parties to the complaint and the subject matter of the complaint;
(2)a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and
(3)information about the disposition of the complaint.
(b)The advisory board shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.
(c)If a written complaint is filed with the advisory board relating to a certificate holder or a person approved under Section 601.054 or 601.055 , the advisory board, as often as quarterly and until final determination of the action to
