Sec. 601.252. REQUIREMENT TO ADOPT RULES.

(a)Each agency subject to this subchapter, other than the Texas Board of Nursing and the Texas Physician Assistant Board, shall adopt rules to regulate the manner in which a person who holds a license issued by the agency may order, instruct, or direct another authorized person in the performance of a radiologic procedure.
(b)Rules adopted under Subsection (a) must allow a practitioner the right to delegate certain designated radiologic procedures to a person not certified under this chapter if the delegation is allowed by the regulatory board that licenses the practitioner.
(c)Rules adopted under this section by the State Board of Dental Examiners must:
