Sec. 565.102. ACTION BY BOARD.
(a)On investigation and review of a petition under this subchapter, the board may grant or deny the petition or may modify the board's original finding to reflect a circumstance that has changed sufficiently to warrant the modification.
(b)If the board denies the petition, the board may not consider a subsequent petition from the petitioner until the first anniversary of the date of denial of the previous petition.
