Sec. 505.506. REPRESENTATION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. The attorney general shall represent the executive council in an action brought to enforce this chapter. (a)A person required to hold a license under this chapter commits an offense if the person knowingly acts as a social worker without holding a license issued under this chapter.
