Sec. 505.401. TERM OF LICENSE; STAGGERED EXPIRATION DATES.

(a)A license issued under this chapter is valid for two years. (a-1) The executive council by rule shall adopt a system under which licenses and orders of recognition of specialty expire on various dates during the year.
(b)In the year in which the expiration date of an order of recognition of specialty is changed, the total renewal fee is payable.
