Sec. 505.307. INDEPENDENT PRACTICE RECOGNITION; MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.

(a)The executive council shall establish procedures for recognizing a social worker qualified for the independent practice of social work.
(b)A social worker may not be recognized as qualified for the independent practice of social work unless the person satisfies the requirements of social work education, experience, and supervision as determined by the executive council. SUBCHAPTER G. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
