Text

Sec. 501.301. LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.

(a)The executive council shall adopt rules providing for the expiration and renewal of a license issued under this chapter. The rules must require a license be renewed annually or biennially.
(b)The executive council by rule may adopt a system under which licenses expire on various dates during the year. For a year in which the expiration date is changed, the executive council shall prorate the licensing fee so that each license holder pays only the portion of the fee that is allocable to the number of months during which the license is valid. On renewal of the license on the new expiration date, the entire licensing fee is payable. SUBCHAPTER H. PRACTICE BY PSYCHOLOGIST
