Sec. 501.264. INACTIVE STATUS.

(a)A psychologist may place the psychologist's license on inactive status by applying to the executive council and paying a fee established by the executive council.
(b)A psychologist whose license is on inactive status does not accrue a penalty for late payment of the renewal fee for the license. SUBCHAPTER G. LICENSE RENEWAL
