Sec. 453.403. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.
(a)The board shall adopt rules that establish procedures for assessing an administrative penalty and that provide for notice and a hearing for a license holder that may be subject to a penalty under this subchapter.
(b)A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
