Sec. 403.110. QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR. To be considered a qualified instructor under this chapter, a person must:

(1)be a licensed dyslexia therapist;
(2)have at least 1,400 hours of clinical teaching experience in addition to the hours required to obtain a licensed dyslexia therapist license; and
(3)have completed a two-year course of study dedicated to the administration and supervision of multisensory structured language education programs taught by a nationally accredited training program that meets the requirements of Section 403.106 . SUBCHAPTER D. PRACTICE BY LICENSE HOLDER
