Sec. 351.2035. COMPLAINTS RESULTING FROM INSPECTIONS.
(a)The board shall handle as a complaint any violation of this chapter or a rule adopted by the board that is discovered during an inspection conducted under Section 351.1575 (b)(1).
(b)The board shall investigate and dispose of a complaint described by Subsection (a) in the same manner that the board investigates and disposes of other complaints made under this chapter.
