Sec. 301.555. APPEAL.

(a)A person against whom the board has taken adverse action under this chapter may appeal to a district court in the county of the person's residence or in Travis County.
(b)The board's decision may not be enjoined or stayed except on application to the district court after notice to the board. SUBCHAPTER M. ANESTHESIA IN OUTPATIENT SETTING
