Sec. 301.103. PUBLIC RECORDS; REGISTRY.
(a)The executive director shall keep:
(1)a record of each meeting of the board; and
(2)a registry of the name of each nurse registered under this chapter.
(b)Information maintained under this section is open to public inspection at all times.
