Sec. 2310.153. POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.
(a)To verify compliance with licensing requirements, trade practices, commission rules, and this chapter, the department may periodically or in response to a complaint or previous violation inspect an applicant's or license holder's:
(1)facilities;
(2)inspecting and testing equipment and procedures;
(3)repair and calibration equipment, standards, and procedures;
(4)transportation equipment; and
(5)invoices, work orders, and other records related to device maintenance activities.
(b)The department may periodically or in response to a complaint or previous violation monitor and inspect or test motor fuel metering devices that have been inspected and tested by a license holder and any standards used by the license holder during an inspect
