Sec. 2309.402. LIMITS ON OPERATION OF HEAVY MACHINERY.

(a)A used automotive parts recycler may not operate heavy machinery in a used automotive parts recycling facility between the hours of 7 p.m. of one day and 7 a.m. of the following day.

(b)This section does not apply to conduct necessary to a sale or purchase by the recycler.
