Sec. 2309.156. LICENSE RENEWAL.

(a)A license issued under this chapter is valid for one year. The department may adopt a system under which licenses expire at different times during the year.
(b)The department shall notify the license holder at least 30 days before the date a license expires. The notice must be in writing and sent to the license holder's last known address according to the records of the department.
(c)The commission by rule shall adopt requirements to renew a license issued under this chapter. SUBCHAPTER E. LOCAL REGULATION
