Sec. 2153.362. CRIMINAL OFFENSE; DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

(a)An employee of the comptroller or attorney general commits an offense if the employee discloses to an unauthorized person confidential information obtained under this chapter.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. SUBCHAPTER I. STATE OCCUPATION TAX
