Sec. 2153.156. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.

(a)A person who is exempt under Section 2153.008 from the licensing and recordkeeping requirements of this chapter may not exhibit a coin-operated machine unless the machine is registered annually with the comptroller in accordance with this subchapter.
(b)A person required to register a machine under this section shall obtain a registration certificate each year.
