Sec. 2153.155. TERMS OF LICENSE. A license issued under this subchapter:
(1)is effective for only one business entity;
(2)does not vest any property or right in the license holder, except for the right to conduct the licensed business;
(3)may not be transferred or assigned; and
(4)is not subject to execution.
