Sec. 205.454. NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PENALTY.

(a)If the acupuncture board by order determines that a violation has occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the acupuncture board shall notify the affected person of the board's order.
(b)The notice must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.
