Sec. 205.305. LICENSE HOLDER INFORMATION.

(a)Each license holder shall file with the acupuncture board:

(1)the license holder's mailing address;

(2)the address of the license holder's residence;

(3)the mailing address of each office of the license holder; and

(4)the address for the location of each office of the license holder that has an address different from the office's mailing address.

(b)A license holder shall:

(1)notify the acupuncture board of a change of the license holder's residence or business address; and

(2)provide the acupuncture board with the license holder's new address not later than the 30th day after the date the address change occurs. SUBCHAPTER H. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
