Sec. 204.255. PERMITTED DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATIVE INFORMATION.

(a)Investigative information in the possession of a physician assistant board employee or agent that relates to the discipline of a license holder may be disclosed to:
(1)a licensing authority in another state or country in which the license holder is licensed or has applied for a license; or
(2)a peer review committee reviewing:
(A)an application for privileges; or
(B)the qualifications of the license holder with respect to retaining privileges.
(b)If investigative information in the possession of the physician assistant board or a board employee or agent indicates that a crime may have been committed, the board shall report the information to the proper law enforcement agency. The board shall cooperate with and assist
