Sec. 2035.101. INITIATION OF RESCISSION ELECTION.
(a)The commissioners court of a county that has approved the legalization of racing with pari-mutuel wagering in that county may hold an election on the question of rescinding that approval.
(b)The commissioners court shall order the rescission election on the presentation of a petition requesting the election.
