Sec. 2028.253. PROCEDURES FOR FEE COLLECTION.
(a)A commissioners court by order may establish procedures for the collection of the fees under Section 2028.251 .
(b)The procedures may require a racetrack association to keep records and file the reports considered necessary by the commissioners court.
