Sec. 201.511. REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

(a)On application, the board may reissue a license to practice chiropractic to a person whose license has been canceled or suspended.
(b)An applicant whose license has been canceled or revoked:
(1)may not apply for reissuance before the first anniversary of the date the license was canceled or revoked; and
(2)must apply for reissuance in the manner and form required by the board. SUBCHAPTER L. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY
