Sec. 201.510. RIGHT TO APPEAL.
(a)A person whose license to practice chiropractic has been revoked or suspended or against whom the board has imposed an administrative penalty may appeal to a Travis County district court.
(b)The decision of the board may not be enjoined or stayed unless the person appeals the board's decision as provided by Subsection (a) and provides notices to the board.
