Sec. 201.451. DELEGATION TO ASSISTANTS.
(a)The board by rule shall establish guidelines relating to the tasks and procedures that a chiropractor may delegate to an assistant.
(b)A chiropractor who delegates a task or procedure under this section retains full responsibility for the task or procedure.
