Sec. 2001.511. JEOPARDY DETERMINATION.

(a)If the commission believes that the collection of the fee on prizes, an amount of the fee on prizes required to be remitted to the state, or the amount of a determination will be jeopardized by delay, the commission shall make a determination of the fee on prizes or amount of the fee required to be collected, noting the finding of jeopardy on the determination. The determined amount is due and payable immediately.
(b)If a license holder against whom the determination is made does not pay the amount specified by a determination on or before the 20th day after the date of service of the determination on the license holder, the amount becomes final at the end of the 20th day unless the license holder files a petition for redetermination on or before
