Sec. 2001.214. LICENSE TERM.

(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), a manufacturer's or distributor's license is effective for one year unless revoked or suspended by the commission.
(b)A manufacturer or distributor may obtain a license that is effective for two years by paying an amount equal to two times the amount of the annual license fee.
