Sec. 1956.122. APPLICABILITY; EFFECT OF LAW.
(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this subchapter applies to the purchase or acquisition, from a person described by Section 1956.002 (1), of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle.
(b)This subchapter does not affect any requirement under Subchapter A-3, including any requirement applicable to the purchase or acquisition of a catalytic converter removed from a motor vehicle from a person not described by Section 1956.002 (1).
