Sec. 1954.307. REAPPLICATION FOLLOWING LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION. A person whose license is revoked or suspended may not reapply for a license until after the period stated in a schedule established by department rule. SUBCHAPTER H. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY
