Sec. 1954.255. CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY MONITOR.

(a)In this section, "independent third-party monitor" means a person retained to collect area air samples for analysis by and for the owner of the building or facility being abated.
(b)An independent third-party monitor may not be employed by the asbestos abatement contractor to analyze an area sample collected during the abatement project.
