Sec. 1951.501. DISCIPLINARY POWERS OF COMMISSIONER RELATING TO STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL.

(a)In this section, "parent company" means an individual or a partnership, corporation, or other business entity holding one or more structural pest control business licenses.
(b)On a determination that an applicant or structural pest control business license holder under a parent company has substantially failed to comply with the standards and rules established by the department under this chapter, after notice and a hearing, the commissioner may refuse to:
(1)examine the applicant;
(2)issue a license to the applicant; or
(3)issue a business license to the parent company.
