Sec. 1702.384. FALSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS; OFFENSE.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person knowingly falsifies fingerprints or photographs submitted under Section 1702.110 .
(b)An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
