Sec. 1702.241. JURISPRUDENCE EXAMINATION.

(a)The commission may develop and the department may administer at least twice each calendar year a jurisprudence examination to determine the knowledge that an applicant for an individual license has of this chapter, commission rules, and any other applicable laws of this state affecting the applicant's activities regulated under this chapter.
(b)Before the department may administer a jurisprudence examination under this section, the commission shall adopt rules to implement this section, including rules related to the development and administration of the examination, examination fees, guidelines for reexamination, grading the examination, and providing notice of examination results.
