Sec. 1701.703. PRESCRIPTION OF EPINEPHRINE.

(a)A physician, or a person who has been delegated prescriptive authority under Chapter 157 , Occupations Code, may prescribe epinephrine delivery systems in the name of a law enforcement agency.
(b)A physician or other person who prescribes epinephrine delivery systems under Subsection (a) shall provide the law enforcement agency with a standing order for the administration of an epinephrine delivery system to a person reasonably believed to be experiencing anaphylaxis.
(c)A standing order under Subsection (b) is not required to be patient-specific. An epinephrine delivery system may be administered under this subchapter to a person without a previously established physician-patient relationship.
(d)Notwithstanding any other law, supervision
