Sec. 1701.170. SUBMISSION OF REVOKED LICENSE TO NATIONAL DATABASE.

(a)The commission shall designate for purposes of this section a national database that serves as a registry for the revocation of officer licenses in several jurisdictions based on misconduct committed by the officer.
(b)The commission shall submit to the designated database information necessary to create a record in the database for each officer license the commission revokes under Section 1701.501 , 1701.502 , or 1701.503 . SUBCHAPTER E. PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
