Sec. 155.058. APPLICATION OF OPEN RECORDS AND OPEN MEETINGS LAW TO EXAMINATION PROCEDURES.

(a)The following are exempt from Chapters 551 and 552 , Government Code:
(1)examination questions that may be used in the future;
(2)examinations; and
(3)deliberations and records relating to the professional character and fitness of applicants.
(b)Subsection (a)(2) does not prohibit the board from providing an examination to an applicant who has taken that examination. SUBCHAPTER C. CERTAIN TEMPORARY OR LIMITED LICENSES OR PERMITS
